Effort is opportunity.
Before the sponsor. Before the spotlight. Before the paycheck. There is the work. The early mornings. The rounds nobody counted. Performance Equity Foundation backs the people doing it, and makes sure it counts.
Why we exist
The Performance Equity Foundation exists to make effort matter, for the people doing the work long before the world knows their name.
Read the missionWhat we do
Three people. One standard.
Show up. Do the work. It counts.
Athletes & Fighters
Back the Climb
Every athlete on the way up trains like a professional long before the world treats them like one. We back the climb with the support that keeps it from breaking them.

A score of their own
The world runs on scores. We help young people build one that answers to them. They see their own effort, watch it grow, and learn early that showing up counts.
The youth programThe Everyday Member
Earned Access
The regular who shows up every day anyway, when nobody’s watching. Earned Access is built to back their membership, earned by verified work.
How Earned Access worksHow it works
1. Show up.
You go to your gym. You lace up and run. You get on the bike. Whatever the work is that day, you do it. Real effort, in a real place.
2. Verify the work.
The effort is confirmed as real, so it can’t be faked.
3. It opens doors.
Your verified effort becomes a record that belongs to you. For an athlete on the climb, support that keeps the work going. For a young person, recognition and a habit that lasts.
Movement is medicine. We verify that movement happened.
See all six stepsWhere we’re starting
Every foundation starts somewhere. Ours starts on the gym floor, in the places where the work is already happening. Real gyms, real coaches, real people doing the work. This is the ground we’re building from, and we’ll show you exactly how far it goes as it grows.

Gold’s Gym Venice
Hampton Drive, Venice. Standing since 1965.

JFM Boxing Club
Venice. The rounds nobody’s filming.

Gracie Originals
Santa Monica. The work on the mats.
Back the climb.
Somebody opened a door for us. A coach who stayed late. A gym that left the lights on. A person who believed before there was proof. This is how you open the next one.
