Earned Access · The Everyday Member
You show up anyway.
No sponsor. No spotlight. No sport to train for. Just the work, done every morning, because that’s who you are. Your effort has always counted for something. Soon it can help cover the membership that makes it possible.
Who this is for
The 6 a.m. regular at the squat rack at Gold’s Gym Venice, in before the sun and gone before the crowd.
The one on the Venice Beach bike path every morning, rain or shine, because that’s the hour that’s theirs.
The person on a night-shift schedule who trains at odd hours, whenever the window opens, because the work matters more than the clock.
No sport, no stage. A real grinder, who shows up when nobody’s watching and asks for nothing in return.
Before the sponsor, before the spotlight, before the paycheck, there is effort. For this person, no sponsor is coming and no spotlight is wanted. They show up anyway. That is exactly who this Foundation backs.

How Earned Access works
1. Show up.
You train at your gym, the way you always have. You lace up and run. You get on the bike. Real work, in a real place.
2. Your effort is verified.
The effort is verified as real, so it can’t be faked.
3. Your membership gets backed.
Show up consistently, and a $50 monthly stipend goes toward the membership at the gym you already chose. Earned by verified work, month after month. That’s where this program is headed.
4. Keep showing up, and it keeps flowing.
The support breathes with your effort. Stay in the work, and it continues. It’s tied to what you actually do, the same standard the Foundation holds everyone to. Show up. Do the work. It counts.

Show up. Get backed.
Insurers already pay for gym attendance. They’ve paid for it for years, and they’ve been gamed for years, because a swipe at the door doesn’t prove anyone did the work. A phone left in a locker looks the same as a hard hour on the floor.
Governments, employers, and industries already pour billions into wellness with no proof it bought anything. That money should follow the people who show up. Earned Access is the rail we’re building for exactly that. Verified work in, backing out. Every stipend proves the system works.
Earned Access backs proof instead of attendance. When your effort is verified, the people who fund wellness finally have something real to fund: the work itself.
Funding at scalePay it forward.
Some people will earn the backing and never need it.
They’ll show up anyway. The effort will be verified anyway. The record will keep building, because the record is theirs. Proof of who they are when they show up.
The backing is different. If you don’t need it, you’ll be able to release it. It will return to the program and fund the next person who does, chosen by the same standard that found you. You don’t pick who. You keep the door open.
Your effort stays yours. What it unlocks will become someone else’s start.
Where this is headed
One day, the support won’t arrive as a back-office transfer. It’ll arrive on a card.
The Performance Equity Card works like an HSA card for your training life. It only spends on the things that keep you in the work: your membership, your training, your recovery. Value loads onto it when your effort is verified, and it spends only where effort should. Nothing else.
That’s the direction. It starts simpler: the Foundation will back memberships directly, starting at partner gyms, for the people who show up. The card is where the program grows, once the proof is running clean.
