Youth · The Performance Equity Score
The world runs on scores. The Performance Equity Score is the first one a kid can control.
Effort is the habit that carries every other habit. It shows up in the classroom, on the field, and in the rest of a life. And it’s teachable, starting young.
The Foundation’s youth program gives young people their own Performance Equity Score. One honest number, built from effort, integrity, and consistency. They see it. They watch it move when they put in the work. They learn, early, that showing up counts and the number answers to them.
No shortcuts. No gaming it. The effort is verified, so the number means something. A kid learns the same lesson the best athletes and the most disciplined adults already know. The work is the reward, and the record proves you did it.
Credit scores. Grades. Records. Life keeps score, and every score is earned. This one is the simplest: put in the work, and the number moves. Learn that young, and every score that comes later already makes sense.
Sweat, verified with integrity and dignity, becomes performance equity.
We bring this to community gyms, schools, and youth programs at no cost. Every young person who wants to learn what their effort is worth gets the chance to find out.
Funding at scale
See your effort.
A clear, age-appropriate number that reflects the work, verified so it’s real.
Watch it grow.
Show up, put in the work, and the number moves. Effort becomes visible.
Own the habit.
The lesson that outlasts the program. The work is yours, and it counts.
The wearable on the wrist.
A wearable is how a young person sees their own effort. The number on the wrist turns showing up into something they can watch, build, and own. Learning to read it is a skill, and it’s the same skill that will help them read every score adult life keeps.
No kid should have to buy a device for their effort to count. As the program stands up, donor gifts and donated devices will put supported wearables on young wrists at no cost, so the record can start the day they do.
