Back the climb.
Somebody opened a door for us. A coach who stayed late. A gym that left the lights on. A person who believed before there was proof.
This is how you open the next one.
Your gift backs real people doing real work. It keeps a rising athlete training when the cost of the climb would have stopped them. It puts a young person in front of their own effort for the first time. It brings verified-effort programs into a community gym that could never build one alone.
The work is theirs. The opportunity can come from you.
Where your gift goes
Your gift supports:
Athlete and fighter support.
Training, recovery, equipment, and sponsored gym access for athletes climbing the ranks.
Youth effort programs.
Putting young people in front of their own verified effort, in community gyms and schools, at no cost.
Community gym access.
Bringing verified-effort programming into gyms that could never build it alone.
Support the mission.
Funding access for the next person ready to do the work.
Wearable access.
Donated and funded devices that help people take part in verified-effort programs.
Responsible operations.
Supporting the lean, accountable work required to build and run charitable programs.
Every gift is treated with discipline. As programs grow, the Foundation will report what support made possible with clear records, real outcomes, and no inflated claims. The standard is simple: verified effort, responsible funding, and honest impact.

For institutions, employers, and grantmakers
Funding at scale
Every year, governments, employers, and insurers spend billions on wellness and get promises back. Self-reported activity. Honor-system programs. No proof of what the money bought.
The Foundation is built to change what that money buys: verified effort, real attendance, members backed because they proved the work. The rails are built for you to load it at scale.
Performance Equity Foundation pairs a clear charitable mission with clean governance, a named board, and full separation from the for-profit Performance Equity Inc. We prove our impact. We publish where funds go, document how we select the people and programs we support, and hold ourselves to the same standard of proof we bring to the field.
Support at this scale can be cash or in-kind. Donated devices move the work as surely as dollars.
Funding is one door. The institutions that see this clearly will walk through the other: adopting the score itself, making verified effort part of how they recruit, admit, and hire.
If your organization funds prevention, wellness, or youth development and wants proof instead of promises, start the conversation.

Back the climb.
Two organizations. One belief.
Performance Equity Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit public charity. Its job is people. Athlete support, youth programs, community access, and the belief that effort should count for everyone.
Performance Equity Inc. is a separate for-profit technology company. Its job is the verification technology that makes effort provable in the first place.
They share a founder and a belief. They do not share finances. Every gift to the Foundation funds charitable programs for real people. The Foundation opens doors. The company builds technology. The mission connects them.
Performance Equity Foundation Inc. is a federally-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 41-4078010), verified on IRS Publication 78, effective September 24, 2025. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Confirm it yourself on the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search. Independent verification is the standard we hold ourselves to.
We are at the beginning of this mission. The Foundation was founded in September 2025 and recognized as a 501(c)(3) public charity in March 2026. Our first annual Form 990 reaches the public record in 2027, after our first full year of operation. Until then, questions are welcome at mission@performanceequityfoundation.org.
Effort is opportunity. Help us make sure it counts for everyone willing to earn it.
