Mission
Why we exist
Effort is the one thing you can’t fake for long and can’t inherit.
You either showed up or you didn’t. You either did the work or you didn’t. The gym doesn’t care where you come from. The road at 5 a.m. doesn’t care who your parents are. The heavy bag treats everyone the same.
For as long as anyone can remember, that effort disappeared the second it was over. You finished, you caught your breath, and the world had no record you were ever there. And the people putting in the most of it, the kid grinding before school and the fighter training years before the first real payday, were the ones the world backed the least.
Performance Equity Foundation exists to change both of those things.
We make effort visible. The real thing, confirmed, and built into a record that belongs to you.
Then we back the people doing it. An athlete on the climb who can keep training because someone finally had their back. A young person learning what their effort is worth. Before the sponsor. Before the spotlight. Before the paycheck. There is effort, and there should be someone in the corner of the people who have it.
This is a meritocracy. Show up, put in the work, and it counts. Not because of where you train. Because you trained.
Movement is medicine. What was missing was proof that the movement happened, and someone to open the next door for the people who keep showing up. That’s the gap we close. For everyone. At no cost to the people doing the work.
Effort is opportunity. We built the Foundation to make sure it stays that way.
Our mission

What we do
1
Athlete & Fighter Support
We back athletes and fighters climbing the ranks with the support that keeps the climb from breaking them.
2
Youth Effort Literacy
We help young people see their own effort, watch it grow, and learn early that showing up counts.
3
Community Wellness Access
We bring verified-effort programs into community gyms that could never build one alone.
4
Verified Effort Education
We teach people, and the institutions that serve them, what verified effort is and why it matters.
5
Access Support
We fund access for the next person ready to do the work, so an open door becomes a chain of them.
6
Human Development Through Discipline
We stand on the belief that discipline builds people, and that the work is worth honoring wherever it happens.
Two organizations. One belief.
Performance Equity Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit public charity. Its job is people. Athlete support, youth programs, community access, and the belief that effort should count for everyone.
Performance Equity Inc. is a separate for-profit technology company. Its job is the verification technology that makes effort provable in the first place.
They share a founder and a belief. They do not share finances. Every gift to the Foundation funds charitable programs for real people. The Foundation opens doors. The company builds technology. The mission connects them.
Where this goes
Governments and companies already spend real money on wellness, on the honor system, with no proof of what it bought. We’re building the version where that money backs the people actually doing the work, with the proof to show it. In a world where almost anything can be faked, real effort is the rarest thing a person can prove.
And one day, a flagship. Headquarters and performance center in one, built like the facilities elite athletes train in, with a door money can’t open. The highest verified effort earns it. One city first.
Effort is opportunity.
